ALEXIS
I’m a certified women’s health coach dedicated to helping women understand and navigate the natural hormonal changes that come with midlife. With a focus on perimenopause and beyond, I offer clear, compassionate education and guidance to help you feel balanced, grounded, and confident in your body again.
My work is rooted in a deep desire to empower women with the tools, resources, and knowledge they need to know they’re not alone as they enter this powerful life phase. For too long, women have been left to figure out perimenopause in isolation-minimizing their needs, putting themselves on the back burner, and accepting discomfort as inevitable. It doesn’t have to be that way. From having more productive conversations with your providers to making confident, informed choices about nutrition, movement, and lifestyle, I want every woman to feel supported and self-assured as she navigates midlife. You deserve to thrive through perimenopause and step into the next chapter with confidence and vitality.
Drawing on my background in holistic wellness, exercise physiology, and plant-based nutrition, I create a space of understanding and empowerment, helping you make sense of what’s happening in your body and giving you the tools to support it. Alongside my work with individuals, I also provide educational tools, resources, and conversations to communities and institutions, helping them better support the women in their care, workplaces, and circles.

My Why
Motherhood has been another profound teacher. I’ve had four children, and each pregnancy and postpartum period brought new insights into the power of nourishment, rest, and self-compassion. Now, in my 40s and newly postpartum again, I’m learning what it means to care for my body in midlife with grace and intention.
Because I have the tools to support myself, I’m called to reach back and help other women rise—body, mind, and spirit. My work centers on gut health, hormone balance, sleep, nervous system regulation, and burnout recovery. I also support women in setting boundaries, reclaiming time, and reconnecting with their intuition and power.
Raising the vibration of women—so they can nourish their families and communities—isn’t just my work. It’s my life’s purpose.
In just four short months while I was working with Alexis, I went from having MULTIPLE debilitating headaches to having one every once in a while.
The best part was that because of the education that Alexis provided, I knew exactly why those one-off headaches occurred. I learned how to regulate my nervous system in a way that I never even realized was impactful. I started focusing on what made me happy instead of always putting others first, and I also released stuck weight that I never thought would budge.
