We hike to heal

The Background

I am an outdoor enthusiast who prioritizes time in nature—whether solo, with my family, or alongside groups of women seeking self-care and reflection. The woods are my happy place, a source of grounding and renewal. Forest bathing, one of the most widely recommended forms of self-care worldwide, has been transformative for me, offering deep restoration and clarity.

My journey with We Hike to Heal began when I attended an event as a facilitator, but I also had the opportunity to experience other workshops. I left feeling deeply connected, as though I had found my community. Although We Hike to Heal is a national nonprofit, I wanted to bring this experience to Southeast Michigan—creating a space where women can connect, unwind, persevere, and heal through the power of nature.

I am honored to lead hikes for We Hike to Heal, an organization dedicated to building an inclusive community where self-care is normalized, and women can find healing, adventure, and connection in nature. Through guided outdoor experiences, we create a sacred space for mental, emotional, and physical well-being—because when women thrive, the world thrives.

Join me on a hike in Southeast Michigan, where we’ll step away from the daily grind, reconnect with ourselves, and build a supportive community of like-minded women. Whether you’re seeking respite, reflection, or simply a breath of fresh air, these hikes offer a powerful way to restore balance and inner strength.
